The propane regulator includes an overflow level indicator for easy gas level monitoring and leak testing. All Cadac cylinder regulators now come with a crimped 85cm hose and quick-release (QR) fittings for safety.

The automatic Excess Flow Valve (EFV) shuts off 90% of the gas flow if the hose is compromised, and the QR fitting stops gas flow if disconnected from the BBQ. A handwheel tightening mechanism eliminates the need for a spanner.
