That’s the promise from Golden Castle’s Managing Director Craig Dee after the company relocated to a new home on the A38 at Twigworth, just north of Gloucester.
Of course, it’s a big statement to make but it looks like Golden Castle will be able to live up to it. After months of work, including a total refurbishment of the existing buildings, a complete redesign of a new accessories shop and the access road being resurfaced, the company now boasts 50,000 sq.ft of space, making it the largest caravan retailer in the region.
At the height of the new season, Golden Castle will have more than a hundred new and used caravans across the indoor showroom and outdoor displays. They are now able to offer a larger indoor awning showroom too, features which have gone down well with customers.
“We’ve always been impressed with the service Golden Castle offers.” said regular customer John. “But we especially like the fact that there are more awnings on show. It’s great being able to see what you’re buying and being able to compare models. Wandering around the caravans indoors is also going to be a bonus in the winter months. It means we can start planning our summer breaks even when it’s freezing – something to look forward to this winter!”
As part of the redevelopment work, the Golden Castle NCC approved caravan service centre has also been expanded to offer more service bays in the workshops, all of which have been fully approved by the National Caravan Council, the Caravan Club and the Camping and Caravanning Club.
The move came after more than thirty years at their previous site on Cheltenham Road East next to Staverton Airport but Managing Director of Golden Castle, Craig Dee, said the work doesn’t stop here:
“Now we’ve settled in, we’re busy preparing for the new season. Once the manufacturers launch the 2017 range, we’ve now got the space to stock even more than before. That means more products, brands and services coming soon!”
For those customers who haven’t been to see the new site or for those who’ve never shopped with Golden Castle, Craig says now is the time.
“Come and see us on Tewkesbury Road in Twigworth. We’re open seven days a week and we’re so confident in our new home and our experienced staff, we challenge you to find a better selection or service anywhere else!”
